Why charge $2.96 for shipping?

So when you bother to shill your low cost auction at $1.99 you bump the winning bid to $2.04 and end up with an even $5...

Thanks guy.

Just a lot of work for an extra $1. Apparently less than $5 is his floor with that odd shipping rate.

Other bidder had 44% of his bids with the seller.

Not sure how to react to this one, guess I'll just move on b/c not much lost here.

But on principal...
