ebay contact problem, Need help soon!

Hi Guys,

I purchased a card and it was fake. I won the dispute, but in order to get paid I must send the card back and provide tracking info to ebay. I sent the card back, but when I go into ebay under the resolution center, every time I try to submit the tracking number the page comes back "not available at this time." It has been 4 days and I am running out of time.

How do I contact ebay? I cannot find a phone number or e-mail address to get help.

Please let me know if you have any suggestions,

Is that entered through PayPal and not through Ebay?

If you used DC or SigCon via USPS, go to the USPS site
    and enter the number.

Then, provide the details to EBAY via the "resolution center."

    ..........

Legitimate SNAD-claims are better handled by PayPal.

Ebay sent me a message telling me I won the dispute and they have links to resolution centere and then a link to send tracking information. When I click on the link, it says page is not available. It has been giving me that message for 4 days. Does anybody have an e-mail address or phone number to talk to someone at ebay?

    Thanks again for your help,

I first came to the conclusion from a subjective/pro-seller perspective.

Having heard so many delay tales from buyers, I now believe honest
buyers are likely better off with PayPal, too.

(CROOKED buyers - not in a hurry to get results - can use EBAY "resolution"
to steal with impunity. It may take longer to steal the money, but it is almost
    foolproof.)

While the general "quality" of the CS-monkeys is VERY poor at both houses,
the PP folks view the claims as "financial matters;" the EBAY folks see the
    claims as merely "return/refund matters."

In general, PP offers faster completion of claims. While EBAY makes faster
decisions on the merits as they see them, there can be delays to the
final settlement. (Also, corrupt sellers can sometimes spin there way to a
decision from EBAY that they might not get at PP.)

ANY claim that requires complex explanations is more fairly handled by PP.
(That can well serve both honest buyers/sellers.)

    .....

Clearly, honest sellers have a better chance of prevailing in claims filed thru PP.
