Does Topps ever redeem expired redemption cards?

I have seen some unredeemed and expired cards on ebay and wonder if they are ever worth trying to send in (specifically to Topps)? Anyone know of successes doing this? I have heard Panini is good, but nothing about Topps.
Looking for rare Randy Moss rookies and autos, as well as '97 PMG Red Football cards for my set.

    I was opening some 1994 Stadium Club about a week ago and got a 1 in 330 packs redemption card for complete Inaugural Jaguars and Panthers set. So I guess I would get nothing if I sent that in, huh? I would really like that Kerry Collins rookie.

    save your stamps.. i tryed last year no way no how and they expired about 14 weeks earlyer.
