Anybody speak Korean?

I've got about 20 of these things sealed. It's a Korean candy package with gum and some kind of foil sticker in it from 1989. The sticker seal says it was made by Lotte Confectioners, and the foil sticker looks something like it could've been an early version of some kind of role playing game like Pokemon.

Anybody know anything about them or what the package and/or sticker says? Can't seem to find anything online.

Sorry, Op, but even after having been stationed in S. Korea for 359 straight days, "hello," "please," and "thank you" are the only words I'm able to translate. I'm such a useless American!

I speak Korean but unfortunately cannot read it, I was born in the states and am a useless when it comes to Korean culture.

I believe Lotte is comparable to like a hostess in America.

I'll have my pops look at this scan and tell me what it reads, update to follow.

It's obvious what's going on here- My foil sticker showing the girl dressed up like a bird with a spider web is clearly the key card in a wildly popular 80s Korean role playing game and no one will directly tell me how much it's worth because they want to get it cheap. Please people, there's no way in hell I'm falling for that.
