Beckett Raw Card Grading?

What is this Beckett Raw Card grading I have seen? Thanks.

I meant to say raw card review. Does this mean if card is sent in to be slabbed, that is grade of the card? Thanks.

No, they do not guarantee that the card will slab with that grade.
