Would there be a problem sending in a PSA 8's of 1964, 1967 & 69 Mantles for review on the $14 special? Just put $499 in the value column?

Depends what SMR is on those. PSA goes by that, especially when they are already graded. If they were raw you could use the "I didn't think that they'd grade that high" excuse. But that won't fly when they are already 8s.

If you think they actually have a shot at a + then don't cheap out. The added $$ from a bump will more than cover any review fees. Good luck!!

I'd say the chance of there being a problem would be the same as the chance of them bumping higher... none what-so-ever image

With cards like that, I'd venture that any chance at a bump is going to come via using (and paying for) the most proper submission methods. If you want to go the cheap route, crack them and sub raw... and cross your fingers!
