32' U.S. Caramel question

I picked up several non-sports of these and was wondering on value on this card coming back 7/8 grade. Kind of surprised they start with the 33 Goudeys Indian Gum in Non-Sports in the SMR. I would assume less survived due to baseball being more popular back then.

I dont know much non-sport, but I do know there is a chase card in that R114 set, The McKinley, its one of the biggest cards in Non-Sport. Its like the Baseball US Caramel Lindstrom (2-3 known).

Here is an auction with a set including a canceled McKinley

Yeah the McKinley is one of the scarcest cards in all of card collecting and has the demand to back it up.

IIRC I have heard that less than 10 examples exist, if not less.

I remember an article in one of the early 90s baseball card magazines about a guy who collected it with his friends. He was dissapointed that the new caramel cards were not of baseball players but of presidents. He and his friends tried to put the set together but there was a short print. If you put a whole set together you won something.

I can't remember in the article if they ever got the Mckinley.

    Afternoon,
If that Washington came back a NM-MT 8 it would be a Pop of 2 with no higher and no NM 7's, and I think it would bring $500-$1000 easy, maybe more. It's a beauty, where did you come across that one? image
