    I agree. However PSA generally only uses the ST qualifier for wax stains not oily or water.

    In that case they usually just downgrade the card. Looks like they missed that here though.

    IMO card looks like a 3, maybe a 4.

    Even if it was clean a 5 appears generous to me.

    Or the card was soaked right before it was submitted (making the stain much less visible), and now that a little time has gone by the full strength of the stain has re-emerged.

    If I bought that card sight unseen, I would not be a happy collector.

    This is just plain disgraceful.S>>T GEM would have gave it a 10. Look at this 5 also has super clean back.
