I am in the process of sending one of my 59 topps Haywood Sullivan in for Reholder Service $5 to submit <OK I can buy that but do we have to pay 16.95 for shipping and handling return.

ARE U KIDDING ME??????????????????????

If anyone knows for sure PLEASE let the old goat know.

    I'm pretty sure you have to pay the $17 even though you're only sending in one card.

    If you know anyone going to the National all you need to pay is the $5 if you have it done there.
