1961 and 62 Topps Stamps

Just bought a lot of Topps Stamps. Is it possible to remove them from the booklets without damaging them? Can they be soaked? Is there a requirement for grading that the adhesive on the back be there (i.e. not pasted)?

Topps Stamps

Looks like an interesting item, will be fun to sort through all the loose stamps to see what is in there.

They are of little value separated from the panel with the gum removed - not worth the grading fees. I'd leave 'em in the little book as a cool conversation piece. The full panels of two stamps if they are in mint or close to mint condition with full gum on the back are worth some money in higher grades.

Thanks! That is the way I am leaning. Was even thinking of trying to complete them myself at some point with off-condition stamps.
