Is it faster this way?

Let's say you send cards to psa with 2 submission forms in one package, one for express service and another for regular service. You write express on the box. In your experience, do you find your regular service cards have faster turnaround times because it went with the express service cards or is the turn around time pretty much the same as if you submitted for regular service by itself?

Did it once. Regular Service poped in 11 days after log-in.

When someone says logged in, does that mean when they received the package? And when someone says popped, does that mean the grades were available to look at on the internet? And then the cards are shipped back to you?

Three subs went in on March 18th. One was an express. That one popped in a few days. The next one popped a couple days later with autograph authentication included. The last one was a submission of two coins. They still sit...

In my experience the "Regular" sub usually takes awhile. Supposed to be 10 business days.

"Logged in" is when your order first appears in your PSA account. It may be the same day the package is received, but is usually sometime after that.

"Popped" is when the grades first become available for viewing.

It does have a benefit if you mark the outside of the box with the higher service level. It should get the box opened ahead of all the low level service boxes, and theoretically logged in faster.

I just sent in a 118-card sub using the April special. I mailed it from NE Ohio on Monday at 4:45pm using USPS Priority Mail. It not only arrived on Wednesday afternoon, but it was also logged! Not quite sure how it all happened that fast, but it did. I had "April C.C. Special #2" written on the package.

jeffcbay, did you put "April C.C. Special #2" on the front of the package, where the from and to address's are showing, or do you put it only one the sides and back?

In theory the regular service shouldn't be any faster but it doesn't hurt to try.

Yes, yes, and yes.

While I cannot speak on behalf of jeff, I suggest you do put "April CC Special #2" at least five times per side of the box (minimum of 30 times in total).
