All ebay experts, question...
Let's say you got a positive feedback on one of your items you sold, but you don't want people to see what that item was in your feedback, is it possible to hide that particular item from being seen by other ebayers?
Thanks for your help everyone.

Also, you could simply open up another ebay account to sell those particular items.
The question was for a positive that you have already received? Correct?

As noted, simply make your listing private if you don't want
folks to see an item you have sold.
That technique hides the item in your FB, but the item can still
be located through off-site search tools.
..........
Sellers cannot make their FB private.
storm, so correct me if i'm wrong, if it's not private when one puts it up on auction, then it's too late once the auction is done? And is the private feature hard to find when selling something on ebay? Also I don't want to hide the feedback rating, I just want to hide the item sold.
thanks bobby and stevek

You have to make the listing "private" when you fill out the SYIF.
Just check the "make private" box.
The item will be invisible on the FB page.
But, folks can still find what you sold using other search tools.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
