1990 Bowman Lithographs

I was searching through my flat file and found a bunch of these signed and numbered 1990 Bowman giveaways (I think?). Can't seem to find any prices on eBay. Anyone collect these or know if they have any value? They're actually kind of cool.

Unfortunately I don't have the Ryan or Mattingly.

  • A scan would be wonderful and what exactly is a "flat file" ? Desk?

    Standard catalog lists the set (11 cards) at $250.

    Ryan = $100

    Mattingly= $50

    Remainder = $10-25 each

    Mentions they were a sweepstakes giveaway and were also available through hobby dealers for $400-$450

  • I have a Mattingly unsigned, bought it off of eBay back in 2001. I recall winning it on the cheap, probably not that popular due to the large size?
  • Interesting semi-related fact:

    In the 1990 Bowman art set (depicting the lithos you have) that were inserted 1 per pack, a variation exist on the back of the Dwight Gooden card, where the "$100,000" prize value is missing on back.

    It basically reads:

    "This card could be worth _________________________"
