Is this Gehrig a Reprint ? Fake ?

Is there anyway to tell without having the card "in hand" to see if one of the older Goudey's are reprints ?
This one looks like it was glued to album at one time and has some bleeding through of ink, Something I wouldnt think a reprint would have.
What's the opinions on this...................

Big time fake. Check out this PSA graded example

And notice the space between his cap and the top of the image. On the reprint you posted, there is no space. Bad pic, ungraded almost always = fake.

I think it's a fake or at best a reprint because there's no space between Gehrig's hat and the border. Compare it to a graded one and you'll see the difference.

Now you guys are confused, the next thing you wil be trying to tell me is that Joe Orlando's tan is fake too.
