Pack Fraud Update: Ebayer (anderson84352) finally kicked off ebay.

I'm happy to report that three months after I exposed pack counterfeiter (anderson84352) ebay has finally kicked him off. You'll remember that (anderson84352) out of Michigan was previously counterfeiting packs under the user id (waxgold).
(anderson84352) was specializing in counterfeiting high-end '50's & '60's wax packs from all sports and he was using a second user id (kenny92008) to buy all the necessary wax wrappers and high grade singles necessary to construct these packs.
After sending undisputable evidence on three separate occassions to ebay they finally NARU'D him.
What is interesting to note is not only did ebay also NARU his alias id (kenny92008) but for the first time ebay took it a step further by deleting the (complete) history of (kenny92008).
In doing so ebay has made it impossible for victims of (anderson84352) to search through the wrappers purchased by (kenny92008) in an attempt to find evidence and prove they were defrauded.

EBAY/PayPal is really not interested in the possibility
that they might have to make future refunds to ANY
of the folks that EBAY's "negligence" caused to lose
money.
I checked goofbay and looked at all the countries,
hoping for a lag in the machines. kenny92008 is
history, everywhere.

depends. all of his sales are still saved on ebay's server, they are just not viewable to the general public. if one were seriously defrauded and ebay were subpoenaed they could easily go back and match the wrappers with the packs.
