Will Psa grade licensed Bullion Coins of players?

Asking this question because Psa grades other coins ex Topps , Armour, salada....etc.
Just an Example of a licensed Coin

I first bought the set for my Young collection as it was really cheap and sold the Rice and Montana that came with it to pay for it. The Rice coin had 1997 stats....so it has to be different then the coin released in '96. They are all numbered to 25,000, the last 5,000 reserved for the sets.
The Young Bronze medallion that was sold by itself, has an almost proof like finish, while the other Young medallion has a very light strike and might even be a different metal comp. Both are suppose to be bronze. Anyway, my Young's look different and I believe the Rice is. Anyone else with any experiecne/comments on these coins?
Will take some photos later if anyone desires.
Clear Skies,
Mark
Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.

Didnt think the differences would show in the scan....but they do. I used the silver coin under the same coin in both images. I don't know...but they look a little different in hand, and in scans. Maybe one is a weak strike or something? Maybe they are all this way?
And again, if you are a Jerry Rice collector, the 49ers set coin has 1997 stats. I don't imagine the 96 Rice coin does.

lol...Alright, anything but the Buffalo nickels...I am keeping them until we call them Bison or spell them Buffaloe.

Won this yesterday, so forgive the crappy photos and double forgive me if the seller has taken them down before you read this. This one is number 2025 and has a completely different Young back.
So maybe the two above are from different castings...meaning slightly different. The detail on face and sig. are different...but again, could be a weak strike on one. (?)
