Hi - thanks for taking the time to read my request!
I have acquired a coin, I have attempted to find out where the coin was made and what type of coin it is but to no avail.
I then emailed a coin expert in the US who advised he believed it to be medieval but was not sure of any more and pointed me in the direction of this site. I have included a picture of the coin and would be really grateful if anyone could shed any light on it for me.
