    It is not me who has the spreadsheet. I think it was Bill (LSUTIGERS1973). Someone posted your question on another forum and Bill responded. I cut his response and pasted as an answer to your question on this forum.

    How do I turn my pm on? And instead of the spreadsheet, can I just fill up 3 forms and label them 1 of 3, 2 of 3, and 3 of 3 in order to list 50 cards? Or do I skip the 1 of 3, 2 of 3 and 3 of 3 step and just staple it all together and they'll know? Or should I fill up the order on one sheet and where I list the cards, I just write in big letters, "See the next three sheets for the 50 cards", and staple the 3 forms behind it? I hope I'm not annoying people with these questions. Once I get the hang of this, it will come natural to me. Thanks.

    You are making it very complicated for yourself.

    Search Psa forms and someone here has already created a sheet

    that is numbered to 100. You can print it out. There is a link in that tread.

    Other search terms may yield other threads with the extended forms.

    Also, they (PSA) will gladly accept your cards as long as the money is correct.

    All this 1 of BS is just that BS.
