Verticle centering is 70-30.

So it's borderline for an 8(oc). 7 wouldn't get an (oc).

As for (pd), I say yes.

So, I guess it would get either an 8(oc), or a 7(pd).

IMO (which does not count) PSA7 no Q at worst

I measure it at SLIGHTLY better than 70/30 ... As far as PD, I say yes. Too bad, because that friggin card looks like it was made yesterday!!!!

Psa 7.5-8 but thats for a none 1975 topps card so they will most likely give you a 7. If you sent it in 4 years ago easy easy 8

But look at it this way. if you hold it for another 4 years they will most likely lighten up on the 75s and give it an 8. Put it away its a smoking card!
