Kudos To PSA

Just wanted to say THANK YOU to PSA.

I went to the card show in Philly today. PSA booth was awesome! They helped me with everything I needed. I left the booth a super happy customer. They helped me renew my subscription, helped me fill out a form for a Mechanical Error card, and let me drop off a 50 card submission for the March special. I also wanted to give a huge Thank you to the guy who helped me identify a 2000 Upper Deck Derek Jeter Redemption card at the booth today. I also wanted to give kudos to Priscilla Greasby for helping me over the phone explaining how to deal with the Mechanical error card. Thank you everyone at PSA especially everyone who was there at the PSA booth today. You all helped me a LOT and I really appreciate it a LOT. Thank you!!! - Tim

    I agree, the people at PSA, even if we do not agree with some of the grades given out, always are a big help. I am by no means "a big fish" like some of the people on here, but everyone from Joe on down always makes me feel important.

    I had to call them a few times over the last year and they were very helpful everytime. They did not rush me off the phone and kept me updated with several e-mail's.
