PP Question

I bought a low value item from eBay and didn't recieve it. The seller said she self insures. After an email or two they stopped responding. I submitted the dispute/claim yesterday. Today I got the refund sent as a purchase (i.e. YOUVE GOT MONEY and with a shipping address), so I pay a bit of fees (no big deal). Should I close the claim? Or should I refund it and have them do it through the claim?

    For me it would depend how many $ the fee represents.
    It would have to be a pretty big # for me to send the payment back to them.

    the fees arent an issue, its whether they could find another way to screw me having sent refund as payment instead of as just going through the claim
