Anyone else receiving only sporadic 'notifications of payments'?

I'm running at about 10-15% the last 24 hours

    I never have but a guy recently failed to ship my item for 2 weeks. I emailed and he said he didn't get a Paypal email, so he didn't know I paid. He said Paypal had no clue what was causing it. I later looked and the guy had over 20 negs from this over the course of a year. I thought he was full of it but now maybe not.

    It's happened to me. More then once.

    My daughter was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes at the age of 2 (2003). My son was diagnosed with Type 1 when he was 17 on December 31, 2009. We were stunned that another child of ours had been diagnosed. Please, if you don't have a favorite charity, consider giving to the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation)
