Topps Autograph cards included in packs..

Is there a way to remove the serial number from an autograph card and place it on another card on a Topps Autograph card? And is there a way to check that the serial number on the card belongs to that particular card? I have a 2001 Brees Topps Auto card and the serial number sticker is put on extremely crooked, looks a little strange. Any feedback you can provide would be very helpful.image

    Do you have a pic we can see?

    If it is a sticker then there is always a possibility but check other brees cards from that set and see if the others are #'d. What is the serial number?
