Interesting, yesterday I came back from Berlin. A vibrant city which evolved from humanity's darkest times not too long ago. See the Reichstag image (depicted on coin) and eagle in the parliament as well as pieces of the East/West berlin wall seperation during the cold war.
A few years ago I spent 2 hours waiting in the snow to get into the Reichstag, was well worth it although I didn't get to go in the chamber. Ah the memories, would love to be in Germany again but is a bit hard now with 2 little ones to drag along.
Regarding the medal/coin pack, suspect it would be a private issue, interesting but probably little numismatic value, and I'm sure bits of the wall and barbed wire are common as there was so much of it.
I remember being at a major show (FUN or ANA) shortly after the Wall came down, where Emporium Hamburg had a section of the Berlin Wall on display and they were selling these sets. Knowing Mr. Becker of Emporium Hamburg, I would not be surprised if he was the producer of these sets.
