Anyone know what this stuff is?

Especially the top 2 items? I know the Mantle is from the Mantle Story set (BTW, that auto is auto-penned, isn't it?)

The matchbook cover looks like a diamond matchbook, mid to late 30s.

Yeah, I don't even think the Mantle is autopenned...I think it's just a picture of a signed photo.

Im sure you already know that is a fascimile auto on the Mantle card. I dont know what set that is from.

BUT I do find it very interesting cuz it says 1955 Hall of Fame Game. Of course that is a picture of a game played in Cooperstown (I also recognize the background of Doubleday Field)...since Stienbrenner took ownership of the Yankees, he would not allow them to play the Hall of Fame Game because it is an exhibition and didnt want his players to get hurt in an exhibition. Also, the teams did not get paid to play. Of course, they ended the HOF game a couple years ago and is now called the Legends Game and has former players and not MLB teams.

Is that possibly from the Mickey Mantle set that was released in the mid/late 80s?

The top two are 1952 Wheaties. According to 2008 SCD Standard Catalogue of Baseball Cards, "This set was extensively counterfeited circa 2002, which ahd a chilling effect on values of cards not professionally graded by a major certification company." Kiner listed $25 and Roe $20 in NM.

Always looking for Mantle cards such as Stahl Meyer, 1954 Dan Dee, 1959 Bazooka, 1960 Post, 1952 Star Cal Decal, 1952 Tip Top Bread Labels, 1953-54 Briggs Meat, and other Topps, Bowman, and oddball Mantles.

The 1952 Wheaties are genuine. The circa 2001 counterfeits are too white and on the wrong stock.

The top 2 are common 1952 Wheaties cards. The handcut is average for the issue, they were designed to be cut with rounded corners. HOFer Kiner would be in the $10-$20 range, Roe a bit less.

The Mantle sig looks to be on the original photo the card was designed from.

The hockey thing, is a mid 1930s Diamond Match Co. matchbook missing the striker (kills value)
