Most Affordable 1935 National Chicle HOFer?

Hey guys I really want to pick up something from 35 Chicle for my HOF Rookie Registry but am on a pretty tight budget. I am mostly looking for something PSA 1 or 2. Would Ken Strong be the cheapest option and where is the best place to find low grade stuff?

Ya I bought a 24 hour membership a while back and liked it but I don't buy enough cards to buy a full membership. I spend 100$ a month tops so its not worth it for me. Where would be the best place to get low grade Chicle?
