Looks like he may have scanned it still in the graded sleeve, especially on the back.

the scans are of different cards. notice how the card is much smaller in the front scan than the back scan. i used the upper and bottom lines framing the card to compare.

Yep looks to be two different cards. Most def a scam.
If I had a feedback of 13, I wouldn't try to sell a 50,000 dollar card myself. Major auction house or a consignor would get you a lot more return than an eBay beginner. So that raises an eyebrow. Selling another 10,000 dollar card as well from a deal he struck with some "fellow" on eBay. I have a hunch if those other three cards come up, they will be extremely valuable cards at a nice discount hoping that someone jumps at the attractive BIN price. Is it the Steve Miller Band that says, "Go on, take the money and run?"
So you don't think a guy with that card would use grammar like "up for sale is a beautiful babe ruth card that i bought off of a fellow on ebay actully i bought 5 cards from him and i will be selling them seperatly on ebay one at a time so good luck and happy bidding"?
Definitely to different scans. It has 2 different flip types. The flip with the rounded red corners should have a hologram on the back right. See my Mickey Mantle example.

<< <i>I bet the slab is fine, but rather the seller is using a borrowed/stolen scan >>
Absolutely.
Last time this card sold was in 2005 and it sold for $140,666.00 and he has a BIN for $50,000?

That's the sheet of plastic they insert in slabs sometimes to keep a thin card from moving around too much.
