East Coast Weather and Potential Shipping Delays?

After a rash of storms, there was an interesting weather report today about the coming days. The weatherman stated, depending upon the tracking of several storms, that the potential exists for anything from a dusting to a pounding in excess of 6 feet by the weekend.

Checking national forecasts, it looks like 3-6" to several feet as the result of several storms. The heavy winds may make things even more interesting. This may create another delay in mail shipments leaving or arriving in the area... Just a heads-up for those that enjoy posting about not receiving an item with 11 hours of it being paid for.

  • Supposed to be bad Thursday- into possibly Saturday. Haven't heard a possible snowfall, but it sounds like a big storm. It has been warmer lately, hope there wrong.

Weather Channel is predicting about 7 days of rain for us here on the coast of Maine (well at least where I live) and I will gladly take that over snow for that length of time. But that can change at any moment.
