Is this card worth anything?

Probably $5-10 if you list it as a live auction. There are still people that think it's an authentic game worn patch.

My past experience with these, only the Yankees tend to sell for a premium. By premium I mean $15-20.

These are great cards for the player collector, as for getting them graded Gem Mint, ouch....
