Don't you hate it when...

You are watching some cards on ebay that you need for your collection ,forget that they are ending soon and then forget to bid on them. To top it off they all only sell for $2-3 a piece and they ar $15-20 cards.

I personally blame the wife but she is not having any of that.

There's a trade-off there. At least you are relaxed enough that you can forget, which isn't so bad. Some of us are so hyper neurotic, we have trouble forgetting. I don't know any of those people but I've heard about them.

Yeah I just missed 7 cards I need for my 71 FB set and some sold pretty cheap. I only need 13 more cards so it would have taken out 1/2 of what I needed.

    BUZZ! incorrect.

the correct answer is: they ar $2-3 cards.

Yeah but you still have to remember to load your snipes. It still takes time to set snipes. You still have to find the auctions in time as well to set up your snipes.

I have done that enough times.
  • The problem is if you would of bid on them then they would of sold for more then the $15-20 range.

I really hate it when I miss out on something I need that goes a lot cheaper than I expected, then out of frustration, I overbid and win on something I don't really need and it sells for more than I expected. Oh well, sometimes it feels good to "win."

The one nice thing about EBay guys - there'll be another down the road - and who knows? Maybe cheaper?

That's what I keep telling myself - if I search all the areas I'm interested in - I can go over-budget real fast.

So, I have no choice but to let some stuff go by the wayside.

    Happy hunting!

Just because the buyer got them for 2 or 3 bucks does not mean that you would have gotten them for 1 increment

above. So take that as solace.
