I need an 1984 Mark Duper RC quickly!

I bought several cards from a seller on ebay, one of which was the Duper RC. When I received my package, the Duper was the only one not there!!! I need the Duper for a signing and the card has to be received by 2/22! The good thing is that the place I have to send the card to is only about 30 min. north of me, so I can run it up personally. I have attempted to contact the seller but don't know how long it will take for a reply so I am seeking other options.

This may be the wrong forum for this but I need it right away.
