1958 World Series Photo Pack

I was requested to post pics of my 1958 Milwaukee Braves World Series photo pack. I have done a little research and it seems that maybe a few of these photos are uncatalogued. No big star power in this lot, but I only bought it because of the Carl Willey, which when it arrived, I realized it was uncatalogued, a real bonus for me. Hope you enjoy. image

  • those are pretty sweet steve. there was a guy auctioning off a few of these as autographed a couple weeks ago.

where to these "photo packs" come from? i've seen a few graded by SGC but few and far between.

Extremely cool. I love the formality of the full names.

Thanks for the comments guys. image

Bigjaco, if I remember correctly, I think Carlton told me they sold them at the stadium. I found this on Ebay with only a couple of pics. I emailed the guy and asked if Carlton was in there and when he said he was, I made an offer.

It seems Mike and I are cut from the same cloth when it comes to collecting. I like to collect items that work together, so I also have these to go along with my 58 World Series theme.

    Superb stuff Steve!

Your companion pieces are off the chart!

I have a Brooklyn-Yanks set of ticket stubbs - not from '55 but '52. The '55's just go for too much money.

    Wow - thanx for sharing

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
