If you look through his feedback, all his graded card sales have the same crappy flip. One of the completed auctions had the link to that site.
Their prices aren't that far off from what PSA charges, so they must be almost as good.

The slab that Bill linked said SCG.
The company linked has the same color cert but does not say SCG
And is named AGC.
Not sure what to think only that I would not pay 39.99 for that card.
