I wouldn't want to crack out a 1963 PSA 8 card for fear it could come back EOT or Miscut or a lower grade and I'm not sure the potential increase in value is worth the risk or maybe the cost to sub again but it all depends on how much it matters to you.
They are all really nice cards, but I agree with most of the others that generally PSA has them correct (ie. KSA has overgraded, which is often the case).
As mentioned, still very nice looking cards, so if you got them at reasonable prices then maybe not much has been lost.
Good luck. Eyebone

<< <i>I'll be different and say that most look strong for the grade. If there is a nice jump in price - crack and resub (shouldn't come back any lower). >>
Just as I thought about KSA if not altered they are 2 grades higher then a legitimate grader. When we considered tracking KSA sales I checked out a lot of their cards and that is the conclusion I came up with and decided not to add them to our site.

Thank you for you input. I was shocked by the post above as I don't have any KSA cards but thought they were the same quality or very close to PSA, BGS, SGC. I had bought into the concept that they were just as good but focused on Canadian and hockey cards.
Biggest problem with KSA is that it depends who graded the cards. They have 3 different locations around Canada. If cards were graded by the Kitchener guys they are really good. I would say that at least 80 percent of the time cards will grade the same as PSA. Unfortunately you cannot tell this by the holder or the serial number of the card. Next time ask if they had the cards graded themselves and ask where. The other 2 sites for KSA overgrades cards big time. One is in Quebec and the other further up north. The one in Kitchener should break away from the other 2 because they are alot strickter and have found they catch trimmed cards just as good as PSA. I have had lots of cards come back with the same grade and even higher. Maybe not to often on the higher part but i knew where the cards got graded. They all came from the guys in Kitchener. The only problem i see right now because it's been awhile since i have brought a KSA card but have seen some cards listed on e-bay from one of the Canadian dealers which i will not name because of legal issues. Alot of his cards that look high grade don't look like factory cuts to me. Same seller sells alot of BGS/BVG cards if you know what i mean. Now is it because times are slow? Could be. And since people have caught on to the cards without factory cuts graded by BVG/BGS the seller has to find a different angle to sell. JMHO Cheers, Steve
KSA is generally 2 points higher than PSA. The Worsley card may be undergraded, but it was within range.
You did fine. Did you buy these cards for PSA 7 prices? That's the only thing I would be concerned about.
I personally like buying AGS graded cards. Its a small company that wanted to be like the big three. They graded cards that customers submit. It was nothing like PRO or GEM. I only pay a fraction of what a MINT PSA card would be.

Sometimes, but lately it seems like most of the time it is a crap shoot with the grades. I agree if cracked out they look like they have a good shot at bumps, but they may likely come back the same or worse EOT.
I would lean towards leaving them as is especially if your cost was consumate to the grades you received. If you paid much more for the cards, expecting the higher grades then you may want to crack out and try again.
crack and resubmit if the 8 means anything. the cards look worthy unless there is something we can't see in the scan. the fact thatthey graded them once means I wouldn't worry about the eot. ksa is not beckett and doesn't purposely holder sheet cut or trimmed cards
Why are Beckett cards worth more if that company grades trimmed cards?

I agree with Jason. The grades that PSA sent back , look like the grades given. --- Sonny
