Still can't believe he won the heisman. I had been losing interest in it already but this year was the last straw.

That said, nice piece and congrats on the pickup.

I agree. Ingram had a good year, but to hand him the Heisman was a joke. I think the story about he and his Dad caught the media's attention and propelled him into the spotlight more than others. Anyone who follows the SEC knows the Bama's biggest game of the regular season every year is the Auburn game. Ingram had under 40 yrds and was totally ineffective in that game and he was actually benched in favor of Freshman RB Trent Richardson on several key drives in the second half, including the game winning Q4 TD drive. After watching that game, seeing Ingram get shut down by a very average Auburn defense, and then seeing how great Alabama's team was without Ingram even on the field, I'm convinced that he shouldn't have won the Heisman IMO.

My previous post aside- The Ingram picture is a great looking piece and thanks for posting. Wish I had somewhere in my house to put up cool stuff like that...

Huh? What about the other games? How did he do in the SEC championship game? Who should have gotten it-the RB from Stanford in the no defense PAC 10? Colt McCoy with his picks and mental fart in the Bis 12 championship game. I agree that you can make a case for someone other than Ingram, but no way was it a joke.
