Interesting book feature
I figured many here would enjoy this.
I just spent hours reading Baseball Digests from the 1945 & 50's issues via Google Books.
They have the run through 2008
Here's the link
http://books.google.com/books?id=uy0DAAAAMBAJ&lr=lang_en&as_pt=MAGAZINES&rview=1&source=gbs_navlinks_s
it's located in Google main>top links: far right in more>Then at bottom inside drop-down in even more.
When you click the magazine, use overview, seemed easiest to navigate the issues.

<< <i>Wow, this site is really cool! I loved the article in the 1983 June Issue on page 18, about what Reggie Jackson told Cal Ripken Jr. to help him turn his game around. Thanks for sharing the link! >>
(pg. 2) Nothing says 1983 like a brawny bearded dude in flannel lighting a cigarette with a camping lantern.
Kiss me twice.....let's party.
I was looking up a book I just picked up - The Duke of Flatbush - and found a link where ya can read the entire book! Very interesting.
