I thought you couldnt charge for Insurance on Ebay anymore?

I recently got an invoice that stated "if your items total more than $100 insurance is required for an extra fee"

just curious.

A seller can still charge for insurance only it has to be within the postage amount.

I don't think he can state it like your seller is though.

For example I can say postage is 5.95 and includes DC and insurance.

Sellers CANNOT solicit an extra fee for insurance; before OR after the listing ends.

Such sellers should be reported to EBAY.

    ..................

The INS fee simply needs to be INCLUDED in the total S+H fee stated in the listing.
