Anyone recognize this Bruce Sutter Image?

I obtained a lot of MSA disc proof items, including the Bruce Sutter below. I obtained the lot for the Perez shown above and was able to match the Perez image to his 1977 discs issued by MSA. The items are black and white photos, mounted on cardboard with see through paper attached to the top with sizing information. The B&W images have been whited out to get image to what would appear on the card ultimately. I did a quick check of Ebay images and could not find this Sutter image on a card or disc. The photo looks familiar but I cannot place it. Anybody have information about where image may have been used? thanks

I'm tempted to say that it's from the 1981 MSA Subway disc set, but I can't find my album with them at the moment. I'll check again later.
