I think I might have screwed up our TTM's

A couple weeks back I posted on here for some advice from the TTM experts so I could help my nephew send some out . Many people gave great tips and I used many of them. I took some of his cards and bought some for him that he didn't have. We sent out 9 and my sister calls me and says a couple came back because the envelope needed more postage cause it was too thick. I took a regular SASE and put a forever stamp, he filled on a 1 page note, and put a card or 2 in card savers and mailed them in a larger envelope. We sent no more than 2 cards, but did put them in card savers I bought. The thing I'm worried about is some of them that make it and actually get signed. If the smaller envelope is too thick, the PO will not deliver it back. I only have a forever stamp on there and am not sure the player will add postage to get it back to me if the forever stamp is not enough.
Will the post office deliver it back and just bill me?
Do you guys put more than 1 forever stamp on the return envelope?
Thanks for any advice again guys!

I just got Zimmer back last week. It only took 8 days to get it back. Good luck.
Good luck and I hope you get everything back!
I use TWO #10 (4.125" x 9.5") envelopes ... the one for the return is folded and inserted in the one that I mail. Also included in the envelope that gets mailed is a one page letter and ONE CS1 with either 1, 2 or 3 cards in it. ONE forever stamp on the return envelope and ONE stamp on the envelope I send out is sufficient. GOOD LUCK!

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.
<< <i>cubfan... there really is no need for a larger envelope sending the cards out. Normally I just fold the return envelope in half twice and put it in the main envelope.

if the folds on the envelope, the 2 cards and the cards saver are all back to bakc, this will cause the sorter to reject the mail and stamp it with insufficeint postage

Good advice. However I use the 3.5x6 size envelopes. They are perfect for TTM. Fold one once and it fits inside perfectly.
