depends on the numeric grade. If it is a PSA 6 -- probably would not be o/c. But anything higher than that, the t/b may be too far off.

Centering looks like a straight 7 But it might get an (ST) qualifier if that's a water stain on the letters And the lower left corner looks recolored to me
I wasn't sure if that "watermark" was on all of the '71 Bench cards or not. Looks like there's too much going against this card to warrent a submission.

But don't you think that 10-1 odds make it worthwhile to sub? Even a potential 6 makes it about 3-1.
