I've been reading the boards for about 4-5 months now and I am amazed at the knowledge on the boards. Hopefully I can soak up some of it like a sponge.
Anyway...

I collect Baseball and MMA only, unless something intrigues me like my Ryan Leaf signed Rookie Card 5/100 because he's a complete loser
The Cubs are my wife and the Angels are my mistress (my wife hates this analogy)
I collect anything Nick Adenhart because he was a friend of mine
I hope to have a collection of Adenhart that will rival onefasttalon's Chris Sabo collection
My wife and I are expecting our first child in May and he will be named Nicholas Aden
I have two pitbulls, Wrigley is a Red Nosed pit and Cooper (Cooperstown) is an American pit

Please do share some of your favorite collectibles. Are you familiar with scanning and posting the pics? If not, I need to update a thread that explains how to do it on PhotoBucket. Let me know if you need that done sooner than later...

Mike N- It's nice to finally be posting over here. My dogs are awesome! They are the sweetest dogs ever and I am glad I rescued them from the shelter. My brindle (Cooper) was 4 months old when I got him and on the euthanasia list.
Mike B- I should be familiar with scanning and posting, but if you see something I can do better, just let me know.
K- I gave most of my stuff to Nick's parents and girlfriend a few weeks after he was murdered, but I'm building it up again.
Nick signed probably over 200 items for me during the 2008 baseball season, but I gave most of them to my cousin to give to his little league teams (he coaches 4 different ones). I do have about 15-20 photos that I took of him that are signed and they are my prize collectibles right now. I was in contact with Nick during spring training and he was going to send me some game used stuff and I had about 500 things to get signed (photos, cards, magazines, hats, jerseys etc...), most to give to my cousin for his new teams. So my collection would have been much much better, but I'll be able to get a few game used items from his parents though.
I wasn't in a hurry to get my personal stuff signed because I knew Nick so well and I kick myself everyday for it...

Stallion- I had help from the other site I am on, it just took me a minute to learn the buttons on here. Cooper is the sweetest dog I have ever seen, he wants to be a lap dog something awful, but at 75 pounds it isn't going to happen.
