When subbing A&G cards....???

Would you guys normally send in your game used and auto'd cards in the topps frame shown below, or pull out the mini inside and just send that in??

Is it personal preference?? Is it a big no-no to tear out the small card within the large one??

Need some advice, Bill is waiting.

    Do they even grade the A&G GU'd cards? They are made out of iron so they should all be at least PSA 9's.

    I don't know if they grade this crap or not.

    I don't want to send in the two above cards, just had those in my photobucket account as an example.

    But I do have some Reds autos I'd like to have slabbed for my personal collection but don't know whether to send in the whole card that came from a pack, or pull out the mini insert.

    I haven't subbed any, but I would definitely do the whole card, frame and all... because that was how it was issued.
