Next up hopefully 1960 or 1964, missing one card in each set. I love the colors on the 63 set.

I collect the World Series cards also. I asked PSA if they would make a Topps World Series set in the registry and was turned down. Eventually I would like to upgrade my PSA 7's but am trying to finish up my other sets. I have all the World Series 1961's in PSA 8 and the 1972's in PSA 9 but those are kept separate in my Pirates sets. I also have the Fleer(1970 and 71) and Laughlin(1967) World Series sets in the registry. Here is what I have in Topps.

I'm with you -- I love the colors in that set along with the circle portraits of the players. Probably why I liked the 20th anniversary version, too. I've got a complete raw set, but doubt if I could afford to get a graded one. I'm doing that with my '62s...

Very nice subset Mark - congratulations on finishing it. I also like the colors and how great they look without chips and mint corners - sweet.

I like the 63 set - you've got some really nice centered cards too.

I remember making the dumbest bet that turned out not to be so dumb - a friend gave me 10 to 1 if I took the Dodgers over the Yanks in 4 games. Was a big Bums fan back then.

I won 10 bucks! Point of interest - I remember Joe Pepitone being interviewed and talking about his hair! Actually Jim Bouton in Ball Four talked about how vain Joe was and how he was going bald and wore a toupee!
