Attn: CrimsonRider UPDATE: Clemens Fleer Update -- Bing 20% ???

************** UPDATED THREAD -- BING IS NOT AT 20% RIGHT NOW *****************

Might be breaking the rules but... (mods delete if you wish)

I am looking to take further advantage of the 20% Bing money and am looking for a 1984 Fleer Update Clemens in a PSA or BGS 9. Wanting to pay $120 max before the rebate. If anyone has one that they want to post as a buy it now, please let me know and I will go buy it.

Most have been ending in the $100 to $120 range but none of the BIN's are in that area right now.

You are out of line all right. With a user name like 'Hookem' one would believe that you are a Texas fan and Texas fans are not allowed to post anything for the next two months! Period!

CTider -- I am off ScoPro early and here to make you a friendly wager. One UT/Alabama card/item from the winner straight up. Keep your points!!! image Nothing pricey just for fun, maybe a $10-$20 item. What say you?

Also I had to jump on this board to let the good folks know that I finally got my 84 Fleer Update PSA 9 Clemens for my $100 price. 8% Bing money as well

    Thanks!

Seller helped me out on the deal. Was originally $124.95 with no bids. I sent him a message asking if he would take $100 BIN. He sent me back and said if I paid in the next 45 minutes he would get it out today! I will be eagerly waiting for the mail at the end of the week. I don't like it when sellers end auctions early but I sent the offer since it did not have any bids yet.

Nice this will be fun. Word around town is that WB has his boys ready. We will see if McElroy can handle the pressure and coverages.

BTW, I have a story to tell....

Last year, my wife and I found ourselves in New Orleans for the first time during the Sugar Bowl. We walked up and down Burbon Street prior to the game and the whole place was chalk full of Bama fans. You know the guys with red 1980 ties and the whole lot! There were almost no Utah fans to be found. We joked that they had been banned from the evils of Burbon Street. The wife and I hit 4-5 bars watching the game, cheering for the Tide in our UT gear (I had placed a $100 on your guys on oddsmaker). Well after the game the whole state of Utah was suddenly partying like us Catholics. image Bama was gone. I told my wife, let's go see the "Live Nude Show" that on the strip. We knew it was fake but figured what the hell. So we go in and I found Bama! The place was packed with Bama guys and couples crying in their Cheerios. We laughed as one by one the single Bama guys were taken to the back of the bar to the private dance area image Anyway, it has been a joke that we want to see the Bama guys sad again like last year ever since you beat Florida!

Overall we had a great experience with Bama fans. We seemed to relate to them much better than the Utes!
