Basically, he set it to autodecline any offer less than his BIN price.

I hit the BIN. I've picked up other cards from the seller, so there won't be any additional shipping cost for me.

    Why the heck would anyone set a BIN at $1???? Just set the opening bid there, and take any bids over that as gravy. Geez..

    Probably because if it doesn't sell, they are stuck paying a fee with no sale.

    True, but you get one relisting for free, right? If it doesn't sell after that, THEN you eat the fee and reconsider selling singles. :-)

    he has it listed in a store I am sure.. and the listing fee's are much less then an auction.
