Need opinions on this Teddy Ballgame Auto

Someone asked me my opinion on this autograph and I have absolutely no experience with Williams signature.

Any opinions would be greatly appreciated:

    I don't think it's signed; I think it was labelled with Williams's name.

    I agree with all the above. I own several Williams autographs, and have seen a few from the 1940s, and this one bears absolutely no resemblance to them. It looks to me that the owner of the slide wrote Williams' name on it, along with the year the photo was taken, simply as a label.
