Getting antsy! Arrived at PSA 12-7, still not logged in!
I know others have waited longer, but I'm getting a little bit antsy. I've never had to wait this long just to get my cards logged in. Are they that far behind? If it takes that long to get logged in, I might get my cards graded by the All Star break (the MLB All Star break, that is).

I didn't put the service I wanted on the box and it took over 2 weeks for them to log. I called and the rep told me if you don't put what kind of service you want , they place it at the back of the line with the other non-mark boxes.

I doubt it, I had a order received Dec 14 and my grades popped Dec 17, maybe they just don't like you...
Mine was tracked and received on Dec. 1st and not logged in until Dec. 11th

I've never marked my packages, and my sub was Club Level, loved the 3 day pop! Just part of the dice game sub'ing seems to be, I would love to see a first in = first out system on Club Level subs...

As for there being a backlog versus a problem. Here is PSA's response on 12/18 to an email I sent asking about the delay with my order.
