Need some help from the board members?

A friend of mine's brother-in-law has asked me if I wanted these cards. He is hurting for money during this christmas season, but I am unsure if a resale value is worth it to me. The PSA website states that if I want to authenticate the cards its $20 per card. Let me know your thoughts and if there has been any previous sales for either of these cards, what were they? Sorry for the large scans. I havent figured out how to make them smaller. Thanks for the help.

If you're just going to sell it I'm not sure it's worth throwing $20 at the shaq card. I had a 93 topps o'neal auto psa/dna and listed it on ebay, I think it sold for around $50 or $55.

How much is the guy looking to get for those 2 cards?

  • $100 for both

If it was my brother, or even my brother in law, I would buy them. Get more opinions than mine, but I would pass on those 2 for $100. I just don't see much profit if any by the time you get them slabbed and try to sell them.

  • If you throw out one ridiculous eBay sale, according to VCP the Griffey would sell for a little more than $200 in a PSA authentic (auto) slab.
  • Thanks Bill for the VCP on the Griffey
