I hope not. I just purchased a '65 Colavito from him. I would think a '66 Tony Perez would be a weird card to crack out of a PSA 6 holder, then describe as NM-MT to make a profit. Good catch though. I'm sure stranger things have happened.
You just beat me to it. I was just getting ready to paste the link. I don't get it though. I bough it raw for $9.99... I guess I don't need to wait for the grade to pop on that one LOL!

Agreed. I get amazed at how much some raw cards go for. You can buy an 8 for less than the cost of a raw one. There's a '56 Wilhelm that fits that category closing tonight. I guess people think they'll get a 9. If the winning bidder likes raw cards, why not just buy a nice 8 and crack it out? You get the 3rd party opinion and you get the card for less than these raw ones sell for. Reminds me of a raw '71 Blyleven that went for $550!
Just do a search for stuf he's won, and compare it to the list of what he's selling. That'll tell you the whole story. The fact that he told me "no" makes him a fracking liar.
Digicat, there's NO doubt it's the same card. Just notice the light brown stain running across the top border of the card. It's not terrible but enough to knock it down to a 7 instead of an 8. The card has NM-MT corners... oh well, there's $5 down the drain. Not the first time and probably not the last.

yeah, I looked at the list of things he's won and compared it to the list of things he's selling. Lots of the same cards there, only that he bought them slabbed and is selling them raw. He's turning a tidy profit there too. Zero integrity.
Not that anything would happen, but he could be reported for Keyword Spamming in the title with all the PSA/SGC/BVG's he puts in every title when the cards aren't grading. Could easily be miscontrued I think.

Buy high, sell low and make it up in volume...
BTW, that's sarcasm for those that don't get it . . .
