Yes, it's an Obv 3 SD/LL and should get XF, depending on the amount of corrosion under the black/green spot.

Maybe I'm missing the spot, but it looks more AU to Unc to me... of course, it may just be I'm blind!! Little wear on those jewels and the hair and hair bow... Looks good..

I was so excited about the variety I didn't notice the spot on the neck image it does appear to be some corrosion under it... is there anything that can be done to retard or neutralize the damage? and will this make it unslabable?

    thanks

Yes, it most certainly will affect the grade if you have it slabbed and there are some TPG's that may body-bag it. At a minimum, it will have comments added about the corrosion. There also appears to be some at the end of the hair ribbon and on the reverse through CENT. Now, don't get me wrong; it's a wonderful coin, but the condition of the surface has everything to do with any grade assigned. Your coin has minimal wear, but wear just the same, through the hair, the eyebrow and parts of the crown. Without the corrosion, I'm not sure it would make AU, but certainly XF or XF+. Some TPG'rs may drop it a notch and some just note it. Usually, if the cost of certification is 10% or less than the Trends value, then it MAY be worthwhile to have it slabbed but, if it is more than 10% of the value, then it's an unwise investment. Your coin is beautiful the way that it is. I peersonally would NOT have it slabbed unless you were going to sell it. XF Tends for an unmarked example is over $300 so do with it what you wish.
